~Maintain water buoys, signs and equipment~
~Publish four newsletters each year~
~Publish a biannual directory~
~Conduct an annual meeting for all residents~
~Conduct Lane Directors' meetings -April through October~
~ Sponsor an annual fishing contest~
~Sponsor an annual roadside clean up around the lake~
~Sponsor a community garage sale~
~Sponsor a family community picnic~
~Sponsor a Holiday Flotilla~
~Raise funds for special projects~
